I was trying to explain to the kids that Rufus(our beta fish) was very old and probably sick and that's why he sits at the bottom of the tank all the time. Then I said that fish probably get sick really easily when they're old just like old people.
Paige said to me, "We're not old are we mom, we're brand new! Right?"
I said, "Right."
