King Size Down Mattress Cover for Sale

I'm selling our down mattress cover since Josh can't sleep on it anymore with his back problem. I love it and miss sleeping on a cloud but since Josh can't sleep on it it's been taking up a ton of space in my closet. It has been dry cleaned and put back in original packaging. It's only 2 years old, slept on it for a year and has been put away for a year. Anyone interested? $50. Check it out on Craigslist.

Quote of the day:

(Sound of feet banging into the kitchen table legs)

"Peyton, please stop banging."

(Sound continues)

"Peyton, I said stop banging."

(Sound continues)

"Peyton! I told you to stop banging!"

"But mom! My feet want to fight."

(Mom laughing)

#1 Enemy

This is my number one enemy right now:

It is the Leaf cutter Bee. I take alot of pride in my roses, I am almost as proud of them as I am of my own children. But this is what the leaf cutter bee is doing to them:

It is really annoying and I read about them all morning trying to figure out a way to get rid of this bee and there is no way. I just have to wait it out until this dumb little bee is done making his nest. That's what they do with the leaves, they make a nest. Luckily they are not aggressive bees and they don't even have much of a stinger, and they don't nest together, so I know it's just this lone bee all by himself, and I know he is actually supposedly doing my roses good by pollinating them, but still! It's makes me so mad watching his from my window biting off big pieces of my roses and coming back for more. I know this is so unimportant, I just had to share this with you all. Darn that bee.

1,825 Days

Did you know that 1,825 days is exactly 5 years? That's how many days Josh and I have been married, exactly. Happy Anniversary to us! In five years we have been through an Associates Degree, a Bachelor's Degree, and almost a Masters Degree, we have been to Hawaii, we bought a house, we had a little boy, we had a little girl and so much more! Good and bad, but definitely mostly good. We've had an awesome 5 years, and here's to 50 more.

So, since I last posted here is what has been going on.

Off to the zoo!

Paige's latest bow. Peyton loves to wear his sunglasses and he fell asleep with them on, we had to take a picture of it.
Paige is the eater in the family. This girl can put it away! Peyton is eating ramen noodles and whatever he drops on the floor (which is why the towel is under him) Paige cleans up after him!
This is a picture of our beautiful kids right before church in their new Easter outfits. My mom made Paige's dress and it is beautiful!

Spaghetti face! You gotta have this picture with every baby, right?
Peyton showing off his flower that he picked from the backyard. We have a good time watering all the flowers around the house.
THIS is my favorite tree!!! I love my tree. Every spring it blooms purple! I told Josh before we bought our house that someday I want a purple tree. Then we bought this house and the old owners told us that the big tree in our front yard turned purple. I knew this house was meant for us! Our front yard is a blanket of purple flowers right now, I love this time of year!
And this is just another shot of Peyton while we were watering flowers. He is so handsome.
That's it! This is all from the past month or so. I hope you enjoyed!
