December Part 5

So Christmas is last on our December update. Although we didn't experience a traditional white Christmas with snow on the ground, we did wake up to a very foggy morning that hung around until noon which, to us, felt like a white Christmas. It was pretty cool. Paige woke up first and just wanted to watch a movie. Then we went to wake up Peyton and he asked for just a few more minutes of sleep. Crazy kids. They finally got excited and came out to open presents.

And as a final December update we got our snow finally. And it's still coming.

December Part 4

Christmas Eve after opening pajammies. The kids are decorating gingerbread cookies for Santa and writing him a note.

December Part 3

This year we were soooo excited to ride the Polar Express. We drove up to Williams on the 23rd right after it had snowed. As we were driving the roads were pretty wet and clouds were rolling in. We started scoping out the motels close by just in case. It turned out just fine and we were able to go home that night after enjoying the snow and the train first. Pictures are out of order and I don't feel like putting them in order. You get it.

December Part 2

This is pretty much as much snow as we've gotten so far. Pretty disapointing so far. But come Wednesday I'm sure I'll be singing a different song. But of course the kids had to immediately dress for the occasion and go out and play in it! Siri also loves the snow and any excuse to go out with the kids. Paige of course loves to eat it. I told her to only eat the snow off the slide since I know for sure there has been nothing in that snow if you know what I mean.

December Part 1

I was a little MIA in December because of obvious reasons. So I will recap it all before the New Year. Starting with putting up the Christmas tree.

Paige in the Paper!

The local newspaper here was at our last rehearsal for The Nutcracker taking pictures and Paige ended up in it! She was so excited to see her picture there. Here are the two that were featured:

Hailey and Paige are twin sisters in the party scene and they are Becky's children. Paige gets so into her acting that she calls Becky "Mom" when she is talking to her during the scene!
